FAQS

  • Can I have the Raw images?

We do not provide RAW images to clients on a regular basis. Think of sharing RAW files as digital versions of film negatives, or the sketches/unfinished canvases before the final artwork is completed. Rough drafts are incomplete, and extremely personal to the photographer. We go through a meticulous selection & correction process, and aim to ensure your photos are a true-to-vision depiction of your day. In the event of dissatisfaction, please express your concerns and we will do our best to course correct to match your vision. The ultimate goal is to ensure every client leaves happy and in love with their photos- so if creative differences cannot be resolved, photographer may provide RAW files under certain circumstances for a price, both at his discretion.

  • What is the Turnaround time?

Receiving finished wedding photography can be between 3-4 months due to the meticulous process involved in ensuring your images are of the highest quality. Here's why:

Photo Culling: After the wedding, we carefully review and select the best images from hundreds or even thousands of shots taken throughout the day. This process ensures that only the most beautiful and meaningful moments are included in your final collection.

Editing and Retouching: Each selected image undergoes professional editing and retouching. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and enhancing details to ensure every photo looks its best. This step is detailed and time-consuming, ensuring every image meets our high standards.

Artistic Enhancements: Beyond basic edits, we often apply artistic touches to enhance the overall aesthetic of your photos. This might involve special effects, black and white conversions, and other creative treatments that add to the uniqueness of your wedding album.

Quality Assurance: Every edited photo is thoroughly reviewed to maintain consistency and quality across your entire collection. This ensures that every image is perfect and cohesive.

Gallery Design: Designing it is an additional step. This involves selecting the best images, creating a beautiful layout, and ensuring the design tells the story of your day in a visually appealing way.

Communication and Revisions: Throughout this process, we maintain communication with you to ensure your satisfaction. This can involve reviewing proofs, making requested changes, and finalizing details to ensure the finished product meets your expectations.

Volume of Work: During peak wedding seasons, the volume of work increases. We strive to give each couple the attention and care they deserve, which can extend the timeline slightly.

This careful, multi-step process ensures that your wedding photos are not just pictures, but cherished memories captured beautifully and preserved for a lifetime. We appreciate your patience as we create a collection of images that you will treasure forever.
